Are Windows / MacOS Computers Supported?

Our animation software and camera is supported on the following systems.

Windows

• Windows 10+
• Windows 8.1
• Windows 8
• Windows 7
• Windows Vista
• Windows XP & Windows XP Pro

While we have officially discontinued support for Windows 2000, some of our users report success running the animation kit on this platform.

OS X

We support OS X 10.7 and all versions following.

Linux

While the animation software does not currently support Linux, the camera is supported on this system. We recommend this open-source Linux application (Linux Stopmotion) for those attempting to animate on this platform: http://linuxstopmotion.org/

Chrome OS

The animation software does not support Chrome OS at this time, however the camera can be used on this system.
