How do I combine two video clips?

You can combine two video clips with a video editor, like Windows Movie Maker, or iMovie, or you can use a simpler program, like MPEG Streamclip or Quicktime Pro.

The Stopmotion Explosion book covers the process of combining clips and adding sound in the Video Editing chapter, which is a great place to start, if you're interested in creating a finished movie. However, if you're simply looking to combine a couple of clips, or trim something out of a clip, we'd recommend using the free MPEG Streamclip application.
